In 2011 I published my second cookbook together with Jacob Damgaard and Andreas Tolstrup.
The cookbook is focused on cooking great food outdoor on a camping stove. The 28 recipes are delicious and yet very simple, mostly using ingredients that’s easy transportable and with a long shelf life. As an extra bonus the cookbook is made weather resistant – which means you can bring it with you hiking, kayaking etc. in all types of weather.

The cookbook was self published as Food & Nature press in March 2011. The cookbook is for sale in outdoor shops and online around Denmark (total nr. of copies: 2500).
Made in strong and weather resistant paper and flexible plastic spiral binding.
